Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders between 1-3 days after they are placed. We know you're eager to get your hands on your new Pokémon cards, exclusive trainers or PSA graded cards, and we do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order. You can expect to pay between £2.75 and £5.99 for shipping within the UK. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [[email]] to arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
